Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale technology projects within our Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) team. You will drive planning through delivery and collaborate across departments and with external partners to achieve meaningful business outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years of IT project management experience (3+ years leading enterprise initiatives) and a PMP certification or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field.
• 7+ years IT project management experience, with 3+ years leading enterprise initiatives.
• PMP certification or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale IT projects (application development, system implementations, integrations).
• Coordinate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure project alignment, prioritization and execution.
• Partner closely with solutions delivery leader to execute project methodology.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, communication plans and status reporting.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage project constraints for scope, schedule, budget and resources.
• Secure resource commitments and define team roles.
• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
• Liaise between IT, business units, and external vendor partners.
• Facilitate meetings, discussions, and presentations to support governance structure.
• Apply change management and group facilitation skills.
• Maintain knowledge of key TeamHealth applications and processes.
• Assure all necessary project documentation is created and maintained, as needed for audit and compliance controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
