Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree preferred.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification required.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience with at least 3 years implementing enterprise healthcare ERP systems (Oracle Cloud, Workday, Infor or similar).
• Experience with healthcare finance, revenue cycle, supply chain, and HR operations advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale system implementations, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives across Finance, HR, and Supply Chain.
• Mentor and develop other project managers and align projects with portfolio governance.
• Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure strategic execution.
