This role is pivotal in ensuring successful delivery of a high‑visibility Health Analytics Reporting Platform by coordinating cross‑functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.

Detailed Job Description

In this role, you will oversee enterprise data management and reporting platform projects within a regulated state government environment. Working within the Texas Project Delivery Framework, you will manage scope, schedules, risks, and budgets while ensuring adherence to PMO governance. You will collaborate with vendors, data engineering teams, and state leadership to ensure smooth execution using Agile delivery methodologies. This position requires a seasoned project leader with extensive public-sector experience and the ability to drive complex, multi-agency initiatives to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Skills

• ✓ 15+ years of professional IT Project Management experience
• ✓ 8+ years working with State or Federal government agencies
• ✓ Minimum 5 years of experience with State of Texas agencies
• ✓ Proven background in enterprise data management, analytics, or reporting solutions
• ✓ Strong Agile delivery experience
• ✓ PMP Certification (Required)
• ✓ Experience with Jira, Micro Focus, or similar project management tools
• ✓ Familiarity with Texas Project Delivery Framework (Preferred)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• ✓ Experience in health analytics or public health data platforms
