Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and oversight of technology initiatives. You will act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery, employing Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.

Responsibilities include defining scope, coordinating resources, tracking progress, mitigating risks, assuring quality, and clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile methodologies; led PM, Product Owner and Scrum Master roles within SAFe.
• Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior members.
• Collaborate across teams, vendors, stakeholders.
• At least one recognized project management certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Jira.

• Drive complex engagements across the globe.
• Lead and deliver engagements focused on transformation and Agile methodologies.
• Foster a customer-centric mindset and drive innovative journeys from ideation to implementation.
• Lead projects through full lifecycle with cross-functional delivery teams.

• Mentor a team of consultants and participate in org-building initiatives.
