Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager for complex, global IT initiatives within the IT Digital Transformation org. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time and on budget, aligning objectives with enterprise strategy and governance.

Based onsite at Vertiv's Westerville, OH HQ, you will manage scope, schedule, budgets, RAID logs, and executive dashboards, with strong communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of IT project/program management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Experience managing large-scale IT projects (digital transformation, ERP, cloud).
• Proficiency in PM methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid.
• Experience with PM tools like ServiceNow SPM, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional IT projects globally.
• Plan and execute scope, scheduling, budgeting, resource, risk, and issue management.
• Develop detailed project plans, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
• Facilitate governance, steering reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Align objectives with enterprise strategy and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Provide timely status updates and participate in program-level reporting.
