Job summary

Red Cat Holdings is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to drive project delivery within the Information Technology team, owning the complete lifecycle from initiating to deployment and stakeholder management.

You will work with technical staff, lead technical projects, administer Jira boards/plans, maintain documentation, and manage agile processes and workflow for the team, applying your technical and organizational skills to set goals, capture requirements, plan dependencies, measure

Qualifications

US Citizenship or Green Card required.
8+ years of IT project management experience delivering complex projects.
Deep knowledge of Agile Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies; proficient with PM tools.
Strong leadership with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on project management capability balanced with strategic oversight.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, Business, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Scope: Define and manage project scope; negotiate requirements.
Planning: Create project plans, technical specs, risk logs, resources, timelines.
Communication: Document requirements with stakeholders, architects and engineers.
Process: Foster collaboration, accountability and results.
Reporting: Provide weekly/ad-hoc milestone progress reports to senior leaders.
Quality: Enforce quality standards on all deliverables.
Operations: Manage day-to-day project operations and Agile ceremonies.
Risk: Identify and mitigate risks; manage dependencies and assumptions.
Portfolio Management: Lead multiple projects across cross-functional teams.
Other duties as assigned.
