About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives focused on Salesforce and SaaS integrations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to ensure successful implementation and optimization of enterprise SaaS solutions.

What You'll Do

1. Project Management & Leadership: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects involving Salesforce and other SaaS solutions. Define scope, goals, success metrics, and manage teams, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication.
2. Salesforce Program Oversight: Act as the main liaison for Salesforce initiatives, collaborating with administrators, developers, and architects to align solutions with organizational needs and standards.
3. SaaS Ecosystem & Integration: Oversee deployment and integration of SaaS platforms, manage vendor relationships, and ensure secure, compliant implementations in collaboration with architecture and security teams.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management: Communicate project status to leadership, drive change management activities, including training and documentation, and promote user adoption and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
2. 7+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years managing Salesforce or similar SaaS implementations.
3. Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
4. Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM are highly preferred.

Nice-to-Haves

1. Experience in legal, financial, or professional services environments.
2. Background in data migration and master data management.
3. Familiarity with ITIL and enterprise service management tools.
