Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our CRM team. This role will report to the CRM Lead and will be responsible for managing our custom, in-house built CRM system. The successful candidate will oversee a range of projects, from ongoing maintenance and small enhancements to large-scale modernization initiatives. This position involves working in a hybrid environment that blends agile and traditional waterfall project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of projects related to our custom CRM platform, including small enhancements, ongoing maintenance, and major feature overhauls.
• Lead larger, traditional waterfall projects focused on modernizing legacy applications.
• Coordinate extensively with internal and external teams, including QA, Release Management, the Sales Excellence team (our business stakeholders), and various other IT teams like Data Engineering.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and dependencies to ensure milestones are met.
• Facilitate communication between the development team and business stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and delivered.
• Help guide the team's adoption of agile practices, including sprint planning and daily scrums.

Key Initiatives

• CRM Customization: A large ongoing project to adapt the CRM to support new types of users, such as our designer account executives who have unique workflows.
• AI Integration: Integrate the 'Ask Henry' AI assistant into the CRM platform to enhance user capabilities.
• Legacy System Modernization: Oversee projects to update and modernize older applications built on legacy tech stacks.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
