Job summary

You will collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to drive strategic IT initiatives, manage budgets and timelines, and deliver high-quality results while fostering professional growth within the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience including leadership.
• 3+ years mentoring high-performing teams.
• 3+ years delivering complex IT projects within scope, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from initiation to closure using PM practices.
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure success.
• Report status and risks to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes.
