Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking an Associate Principal Project Manager to lead IT PMO-driven projects across infrastructure and applications. You will direct project teams and manage stakeholders and vendors to meet business objectives.

The role requires 5+ years of systems experience, 2+ years in project or portfolio management, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. PM certification preferred. Occasional after-hours collaboration may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of systems experience including 2+ years of project or portfolio management experience.
• Experience leading IT projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of all assigned projects following the IT PMO methodology.
• Direct day-to-day activities of the project team.
• Coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Execute planning, risk and issues management, financial management, and status reporting.
• Lead requirements gathering with functional leads and ensure alignment with scope and design.
• Provide project reporting to demonstrate stakeholder and senior management alignment.
