Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking an Associate Principal Project Manager to lead and manage the implementation of projects for Hikma Rx, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory compliance, and PMO processes.

You will manage internal resources and third‑party vendors to drive service performance on medium‑to‑large IT projects, including infrastructure and applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of systems experience including 2+ years of project or portfolio management experience.
• PM Certification is a plus.
• Experience with IT projects including infrastructure and applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of all assigned projects following the IT PMO methodology.
• Direct the day-to-day activities of the project team.
• Coordinate activities with project stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization.
• Execute project management processes (planning, risk and issues management, financial management, status reporting, project communication etc.).
• Lead all requirements gathering in collaboration with functional leads.
• Ensure the delivered solution is consistent with the agreed scope, design and quality expectations.
• Provide project reporting to evidence that stakeholder and senior management requirements are being addressed.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships with business, IT and third-party vendors.
• Business leadership and Team, IT Leadership and Team, Project Managers and IT Finance
• Other responsibilities as assigned to support the Hikma Rx business partnering team.
