Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across IT and technology projects.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings, working sessions, and status reviews.
• Maintain project plans, action items, status reports, and project documentation.
• Follow up with team members on assigned tasks and project deliverables.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and elevate them to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication between technical and business teams.
• Support project planning, implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Prepare regular project status updates for stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure information is current and accessible.
