Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an IT Program Manager to lead a team of senior project managers in delivering a portfolio of IT initiatives across OhioHealth care sites, including system implementations, digital transformations, infrastructure modernization, and cybersecurity programs.

You will collaborate with clinical and operational leadership, vendor partners, and IT executives to staff, govern, and drive delivery, while mentoring staff and improving processes. This is a remote position in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience managing complex IT programs or portfolios.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Familiarity with IT governance, architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers to deliver a portfolio of IT initiatives across multiple sites.
• Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and governance frameworks.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, and risk management for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to modernize platforms and enable AI/analytics capabilities.
