Intelerad in Canada seeks a Program Manager III to govern and deliver large, complex programs within the Professional Services organization, partnering with C-suite stakeholders to implement Radiology and Cardiology IT solutions.

You will be accountable for program financial performance, risk management, and elevating delivery practices across the portfolio, while mentoring PMs and contributing to strategic growth; travel up to 30% across North America is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience is required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Program or Project Management roles.
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale programs in Healthcare IT or similarly complex environments.

Responsabilités

• Drive enterprise program governance and delivery excellence by defining frameworks and overseeing portfolios.
• Manage executive relationships with C-suite and senior client stakeholders; lead steering committees and resolve escalations.
• Own program financial performance and risk management; manage budgets of $5M+ and align with contracted scope.
• Mentor Project/Program Managers and lead enterprise-wide transformation and standardization initiatives.
• Support growth opportunities within existing client relationships and assist in strategic planning.
