Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
• 7+ years of IT project management experience focused on infrastructure and enterprise technology.
• Experience performing business analysis including requirements gathering and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple IT projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, cloud platforms, and enterprise deployments.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Asana and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex technology programs spanning multiple teams.
• Translate priorities into structured programs with milestones, workstreams, timelines and metrics.
• Coordinate planning and execution across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Identify cross-team dependencies early and resolve conflicts related to scope or resources.
• Drive program planning activities including kickoff alignment, roadmap development, milestone tracking and reviews.
• Lead high-impact initiatives requiring coordination across technical teams and executives.
• Ensure programs deliver measurable outcomes including reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Own program outcomes and drive accountability for timelines and deliverables.
