Job summary

Peraton, a leading national security company, seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager for New England IT programs. You will own delivery, governance, and client relationships across multiple software development and maintenance efforts, with accountability for budget, schedule, and outcomes.

The role requires deep program management expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable plans while driving growth within the account and ensuring high-quality

Qualifications

12+ years IT experience, with software development or IT delivery leadership.
Proven ability delivering complex IT programs for government or enterprise customers.
Strong customer relationship management and executive communication skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and delivering in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple software development, maintenance, and IT support programs.
Ensure programs are delivered on schedule, within budget, and per contractual commitments.
Establish governance, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting.
Provide leadership to program teams and drive delivery excellence.
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans and SDLC controls.
Manage customer relationships and executive-level communications.
