Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a Program Senior Manager to support State Health customers with public health and technology solutions. You will oversee IT contracts, MMIS, data analytics, and business operations for state government clients, ensuring program success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of program management in Medicaid/healthcare IT.
• Experience managing staff.
• PMP certification preferred.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to advance strategic objectives and ensure unified execution.
• Bridge business and technical needs with clear, customer-focused guidance.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, and impacts to leadership, CMS, and partners.
• Develop and promote program standards and best practices across phases.
• Direct contract administration and ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Identify process improvements and drive risk reduction and quality assurance.
