Job summary

Defense Logistics Agency is seeking an IT Program Manager (SYSANALYSIS) to oversee acquisition strategies and the performance of critical life, health, and safety IT applications. You will coordinate stakeholders, define priorities, and facilitate collaboration between customers and technical experts to mitigate risks.

Lead POAMs and RMF/eMASS documentation using ServiceNow. Role requires senior-level expertise, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to maintain situational awareness

Qualifications

• Specialized IT program management experience relevant to DoD/stateful environments.
• Ability to coordinate acquisitions, define priorities and management requirements.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination, acquisition strategies, and performance of critical IT life, health, and safety apps for police, fire, and emergency services.
• Define software and IT service acquisitions with project priorities and requirements.
• Facilitate collaboration between customers and technical experts to mitigate risks; represent agency in meetings with leadership.
• Lead Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs) using ServiceNow and other tracking tools.
• Evaluate work and metrics to ensure quality, efficiency, and mission effectiveness.
• Maintain communication across project teams, senior management, and customers regarding scope, schedule, and resources.
• Lead RMF and eMASS artifact development and audit readiness support.
