Koniag IT Systems, LLC (KITS), a Koniag Government Services company, seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale IT services contract supporting the AMC CIO G6. The role is onsite in Huntsville, AL, with responsibilities spanning program leadership, financial management, staffing, and compliance with DoD regulations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience managing government programs.
• Experience managing technology, software, and IT infrastructure programs.
• Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle) and hybrid cloud.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with senior Government leadership.
• Proven experience managing large, multi-functional IT services contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall program leadership and establish goals to meet technical, schedule, cost, and quality requirements across all task areas.
• Direct and control all program activities, with responsibility for financial management, staffing, and subcontractor oversight.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program management plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, and quality.
• Lead internal teams, subcontractors, and key personnel to ensure smooth and compliant program delivery.
• Monitor program performance through KPI tracking, risk management, and change requests; provide status updates.
• Serve as primary liaison in client negotiations and interface with senior Government leadership (Program Management Reviews).
• Oversee the development and submission of required CDRLs and manage recruitment/retention plans.
