• Experience applying data-informed reporting and governance for technical work.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through delivery, coordinating interdependencies, milestones, risks, and outcomes across multiple teams or domains.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable program plans, establish clear success measures, and maintain alignment among technical and business stakeholders.
• Drive operational reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement using data, metrics, and stakeholder feedback.
• Manage ambiguity across interconnected initiatives, identify dependencies and trade-offs, and ensure decisions support broader priorities.
• Build trusted partnerships with engineering, product, operations, and other teams while communicating status, risks, and recommendations clearly.
• Safely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions to improve program outcomes, applying familiarity with AI-driven concepts.
