Job summary
VDart Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Professional / Business Analyst to support a diverse portfolio of enterprise business applications across Legal, Finance, CRE, Compliance, Risk, and other corporate functions in Florida.
The role blends application support, business analysis, and solution delivery, working with stakeholders, vendors, developers, infrastructure, and cybersecurity to implement technology solutions that drive measurable business value and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in IT operations, enterprise application support, business analysis, or related technology roles.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise applications across multiple business units.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and competing priorities.
- Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders and business leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support and administration for enterprise line-of-business applications.
- Troubleshot application, integration, data, and user access issues across multiple business units.
- Coordinate with software vendors, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity teams, and external partners to resolve complex production issues.
- Support SaaS, cloud-hosted, on-premises, internally developed, and hybrid application environments.
- Lead application upgrades, migrations, patching initiatives, and enhancement projects.
- Serve as both a Functional Business Analyst and Technical Business Analyst.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering sessions, process discovery workshops, and solution design reviews.
- Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, use cases, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and modernization.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, training, and change management activities.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, initiatives, and support activities.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple business units and technical teams.
- Provide project status reporting, risk management, issue tracking, and executive communications.
- Support Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, ML, and Copilot technologies to improve business operations.
- Support AI solution integration using APIs, connectors, and modern integration frameworks.
- Understand MCP concepts, AI orchestration platforms, and emerging AI-enabled enterprise technologies.
- Collaborate with development and architecture teams to enable AI-driven business capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, ML, and automation to drive value.
