Job summary

Influxinfosys in Tallahassee is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead enterprise application development, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, requirements management, technical documentation, Azure DevOps, application testing, process analysis, and legacy application modernization. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years as a Business Analyst for enterprise development/modernization.
• 7+ years producing technical documentation: requirements, specs, RTMs, testing docs.
• 7+ years with Azure DevOps or similar ALM (backlog, requirements, sprints, work items).
• 7+ years of application testing across diverse apps and dashboards.
• 7+ years of business process, gap, workflow, and current-to-future state analysis.
• 3+ years developing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, RTMs.
• At least 1 year of experience with Visual Studio .NET.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication; experience facilitating meetings/workshops.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and system requirements.
• Work with stakeholders, developers, architects, testers, and project managers.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Perform current-state and future-state business process analysis.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Manage requirements and work items using Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, release planning, and traceability.
• Develop and maintain RTMs.
• Support various testing activities: functional, integration, regression, data, reports, dashboards.
• Review tests and resolve issues with technical teams.
• Develop and maintain business, functional, technical, and testing docs.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Support application modernization and migration to Azure-hosted solutions.
• Ensure alignment of requirements and delivered solutions through the lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
