Maximus is seeking a senior product leader to define and drive the long-term vision for its product portfolio in the United States. You will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into scalable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10–12 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in product management, program management, technology leadership, or related discipline.
• Strong ability to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and portfolio plans.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive cross-functional decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for products, platforms, and solution portfolio.
• Develop forward-looking product strategies that evolve existing products into scalable, reusable solutions capable of supporting multiple customer segments, programs, and business opportunities.
• Partner with business and operational leaders to understand strategic objectives, customer needs, market dynamics, and emerging industry trends.
• Identify gaps between current product capabilities and future business needs and develop strategies to close those gaps.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive landscapes, regulatory requirements, and technology advancements to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Establish clear product outcomes, success metrics, KPIs, and strategic priorities that align with organizational objectives.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, transformation, and modernization that create competitive advantage and business value.
