Job summary

You will gather market insights, conduct user research, and prioritize features to drive product development and innovation. You will support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT, developing skills in product management, agile methodology, and stakeholder communication under mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
• Any relevant IT Certification is preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant or practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends and customer needs.
• Gather and analyze user feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements with current and future state process maps.
