• Familiar with backlog management, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
• Strong written communication for business and technical audiences.
• Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

• Writes well-formed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Authors testable acceptance criteria aligned to QA test cases.
• Ensures work enters delivery with documented exit conditions.
• Maintains product backlog with prioritization and refinement.
• Facilitates backlog refinement sessions and sprint readiness.
• Supports demand intake and triages work requests.
• Reports status, capacity signals, and blockers to leadership.
• Acts as requirements contact for stakeholders across streams.
