Job summary

ISG seeks a Procurement Specialist Contractor to support multiple client engagements from our Indianapolis, IN location. You will be a key contributor on a center of excellence responsible for outsourced procurement activities and strategic sourcing for a diverse client base.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in IT procurement, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate across busy, multi-stakeholder environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT procurement experience.
• Experience with contract types including Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Amendments and NDAs.
• Ability to analyze technology agreements and client data to identify savings opportunities.

Responsibilities

• May handle contract authoring, negotiations, workflow management and other procurement tasks.
• Analyze technology agreements to identify savings opportunities and make recommendations.
• Monitor and report on savings and value of sourcing activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand objectives and demand.
• Lead supplier selection, risk assessment and contract negotiation for key projects.
• Negotiate terms for software, hardware and services ranging from $25k to hundreds of millions.
• Review and initiate contracts with service providers for clients.
• Provide progress reporting to management and key partners.
• Perform contract research and address client queries around IT agreements.
• Support process improvements in the contract lifecycle.
