USAble Life is seeking a Senior IT Procurement & Compliance Analyst to manage IT procurement, vendor management, and compliance across privacy, risk, and governance. You’ll collaborate with IT security, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and vendors to ensure audit readiness and policy adherence.

The role emphasizes procurement controls, data protection, and governance coordination, with opportunities for growth and an annual incentive plan based on performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of COSO, COBIT, NIST, ISO, SOC, HIPAA, GLBA and other control frameworks.
• Knowledge of privacy and data protection principles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic SharePoint knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Performs IT procurement activities in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Issues purchase orders, processes invoices, and reconciles purchases.
• Supports third-party risk management and IT governance compliance activities.
• Coordinates risk reviews, policy reviews, vendor meetings, and audit status updates.
• Leads project initiatives and process improvements; supports BCDR governance.
• Assists with IT policy administration and communication.
• Supports privacy-related processes, incident tracking, and risk assessments.
• Provides guidance to junior team members on procurement and compliance activities.
