Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Lead Coupa Business Analyst & System Administrator to own and optimize the Coupa Spend Management platform across Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, and business operations in a hybrid environment.

You will lead configuration, integrations, governance, reporting, and user adoption, partnering with stakeholders to deliver compliant, spend-visible processes and ongoing Oracle Fusion ERP initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience supporting enterprise procurement processes and systems, including 3+ years of hands-on Coupa administration and configuration.
• Demonstrated expertise with Coupa P2P, SIM, Services Procurement (SOW/Contingent Labor), CLM, and Core Sourcing modules.
• Experience supporting procurement technology integrations, including Oracle Fusion ERP, APIs, cXML, flat files, or related technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Coupa Platform Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of Coupa P2P, SIM, Services Procurement, CLM, and Core Sourcing modules.
• Manage user access, security roles, workflows, catalogs, approval chains, purchasing policies, and system governance activities.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and serve as the highest level of internal Coupa support escalation.
• Manage Coupa releases, impact assessments, testing activities, and deployment of new functionality across all active modules.
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and develop scalable business solutions.
• Support and maintain integrations and data alignment between Coupa and Oracle Fusion ERP platforms.
• Develop reporting, KPI dashboards, training materials, SOPs, and change management programs to drive adoption and business value.
