Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager & Portfolio Manager for a long-term, fully onsite role in Cincinnati, OH. You will oversee a portfolio of enterprise technology initiatives across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365 in a highly regulated public-sector setting.

You will drive roadmaps, governance, stakeholder management, and delivery across multiple concurrent projects, partnering with leadership to align investments with operational goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT Project or Program Management.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent technology initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to develop roadmaps and governance.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of technology programs and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned to organizational priorities.
• Lead cross-functional efforts involving infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
• Drive planning, prioritization, governance, risk management, and execution.
• Partner with leadership to ensure technology investments align with operational goals.
• Coordinate vendors, project teams, and interagency stakeholders.
• Report on program outcomes, business value, risks, and progress to leadership.
