Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead IT PMO efforts in Dallas.

The role requires managing cross-functional teams across software, hardware, and ERP projects with strong communication and risk management. On-site work is required 3-4 days per week in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities include coordinating status updates, creating detailed project plans, tracking budgets, and ensuring governance and timely delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience managing software/hardware or ERP projects.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple vendors.
• Experience with cybersecurity, infrastructure or ERP projects is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead IT PMO projects and ensure alignment with company standards.
