Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with a structured intake, sequencing, and delivery model.
• Experience supporting PMO governance, not just running isolated projects.
• Strong ability to work across Security, BTS, HR, Legal, Compliance, EHS, Facilities, and Regions without formal authority.
• Experience facilitating governance forums (SteerCo, leadership reviews) and following through on decisions.
• Structured thinker with the ability to bring rigor where appropriate while remaining adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and maintain PMO tracking dashboards and reporting.
• Configure project intake trackers, status reporting views, and portfolio summaries.
• Ensure PMO data is accurate, consistent, and up to date across tools.
• Prepare materials for leadership reviews, steering committees, and status updates.
• Draft and maintain PMO Leadership and SteerCo project readouts.
• Organize and update PMO site with documentation.
• Maintain visibility into project dependencies, escalations, and follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities to streamline PMO processes and reduce manual effort.
• Document lessons learned and best practices.
• Support PMO maturity with repeatable, scalable processes.
• Document end-to-end funding process for Global Security projects from request to execution.
• Create standardized funding intake templates for submission consistency.
• Document approval paths and decision points for project funding.
• Map funding requests to PMO governance, SteerCo reviews, and leadership forums.
• Create guidance materials on RCEs lifecycle and PMO funding process.
