Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Developmental Disabilities Division in Cranston, RI. The role focuses on managing system integrations, triaging issues, and delivering enhancements across multiple contracts within non-hospital units.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in project management, strong communication, and a collaborative approach to align program objectives with technology, while working with ETSS and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Healthcare system implementations preferred, including HIPAA, PHI, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; PM will be in constant communication with stakeholders.
• Strong sense of urgency to elevate issues in a timely manner.
• Master’s degree in Public Health, Computer Science, or related field preferred; a Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent experience may be considered.
• Collaborative experience working across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage system integrations across non-hospital divisions, collaborating with multiple data collection platforms to support business needs.
• Triage production issues and implement new functionality and enhancements for three contracts.
• Coordinate with ETSS to identify emerging technologies and oversee deployments, maintenance and support of technology portfolios.
• Oversee technical and operational functions for Case management, RICLAS billing, and QA systems; complete special projects as assigned.
