Job summary

Providence seeks a Project Manager to lead one or more complex initiatives across clinical informatics, physician practice implementations and quality improvement. You will report to the Executive Sponsor and drive value through disciplined project delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with PM experience, plus familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma concepts and PM methodologies. On-site work is expected at multiple Providence locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years in information technologies, PM, healthcare administration or clinical field.
• Education with Project Management methodology.
• CAP, Workout and Lean education training within the first year on the job.
• Experience with PM methodologies and software.
• Experienced in presenting to senior/executive management and stakeholders.
• Experience developing and modifying project standards and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for one or more large, diverse and complex projects in clinical informatics; physician practice implementations; quality improvement; strategic objectives and goals.
• Manages all aspects of projects with direct accountability to the Executive Sponsor.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure successful delivery.
