• PMP certification required and hands-on IT project management experience.
• Proficient in Agile Scrum and/or SAFe frameworks.
• Experience planning and managing project budgets.
• Experience leading technical software development staff.
• Experience coordinating customer-oriented IPTs.
• Knowledge of health care insurance systems (e.g., CMBHS) and related analyses.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and UAT processes.
• Familiarity with PPM systems and reporting.
• Direct experience with Texas HHS programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of assigned projects.
• Lead and coordinate technical software development staff.
• Manage customer-oriented Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
• Apply Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies throughout delivery.
• Prepare and manage project budgets.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for planning, tracking, and delivery.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders for project execution.
• Independently manage complex project activities with initiative and judgment.
