Job summary

Hyundai Translead in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Project Management Partner to oversee technology and business initiative delivery, driving AI adoption, automation, and transformation programs.

You will collaborate with executives, vendors, and leaders to identify business needs, define solutions, ensure adoption, and realize benefits aligned with organizational goals. This role requires strong PM, BA, and change-management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in project management, business analysis, digital transformation, and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technology projects from initiation through deployment.
• Strong background in stakeholder facilitation, executive reporting, governance processes, change management, UAT, and business-value realization activities.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, vendors, and implementation activities.
• Ability to independently lead workshops, facilitate business process redesign, and support organizational transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technology projects from initiation through deployment.
• Develop project charters, gather requirements, define scope, and monitor budgets.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and solution recommendations.
• Create and maintain project plans, risk/issue logs, and governance docs.
• Coordinate UAT, defect tracking, and post-implementation support.
• Drive governance, reporting to executives, and steering committees.
• Lead organizational change management and user adoption programs.
• Mentor junior project managers and analysts.
