Job summary

Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom is seeking a Senior IT Operations Support Specialist to serve the North region. You will provide operational IT support for manufacturing and QA systems and oversee validation for critical systems such as Syncade and LIMS.

The role requires a BS in Science/IT/Engineering and at least 5 years in pharma/manufacturing ops or software development, with expertise in automation, lab systems, and regulatory compliance. Shift flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Science, Computer/Information Technology or Engineering.
• Minimum five years in pharma/manufacturing ops or software development environment.
• Five years in process automation, lab systems, IS and CSV.
• Experience with validation of computerized systems in pharma production.
• Knowledge of SDLC, change control and FDA/EMEA 21 CFR Part 11.
• Experience designing/implementing infrastructure, MES and Quality Systems.
• Familiarity with Maximo CMMS, TrackWise QMS and related tools.
• Knowledge of Windows, relational databases (Oracle, SQL).
• SAP/R3 highly desirable.
• Excellent English/Spanish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational IT support for Manufacturing, Labs/QA, Facilities and Utilities.
• Monitor and manage mission-critical systems (e.g., Syncade, LIMS, network, devices).
• Lead the validation team in design, development and execution of validation plans.
