• Clear, efficient verbal and written communication within own team.
• Problem solving to identify, analyze, and propose solutions.
• Basic leadership for on-the-job trainings and guidance of new team members.

Responsibilities

• Operate and verify cell growth and manipulation procedures (enrichment, culture, cryopreservation, thawing, washing).
• Maintain compliance with GLP, GMP, GTP, FACT, CAP, and CLIA; accurate batch records and documentation.
