Job summary

Trinity Health in Livonia, MI seeks a Sr. Manager - IT Applications HRIS to lead Workday HCM and related HR systems, shaping roadmaps and delivering enterprise HR technology initiatives. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to optimize the HR tech ecosystem and enhance the employee experience.

You will oversee project leadership, testing, change management, and PMO-aligned delivery while mentoring managers and analysts and ensuring regulatory compliance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of experience in IT or healthcare applications.
• Extensive project management experience and ability to apply PM methodologies.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise HR technology projects (Workday implementations, upgrades, integrations) and ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide testing, change management, release management, and user acceptance oversight.
• Guide strategic investments and roadmap prioritization with HR, IT, and business leaders.
• Oversee configuration and support of core HR modules (HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Payroll).
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and regulatory compliance across HR platforms.
