Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum four (4) years progressive healthcare experience.
• Minimum two (2) years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and schedule customer requests and ensure resources meet needs.
• Establish objectives and measure performance; develop tools for reporting.
• Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and supervise staff; drive goals and budgets.
• Assist leadership with annual budgets; help achieve financial targets.
• Lead or participate in task forces to improve operations and service quality.
