Job summary

Suno is seeking a seasoned IT Operations Manager to lead IT Engineers and build Suno’s IT service desk across four US offices. You’ll own identity, endpoints, collaboration tools, networking, and zero-trust systems, partnering with cross-functional leaders to scale IT operations as Suno grows.

You will drive service quality, implement AI-powered workflows, and craft playbooks for AI-powered self-service while managing vendor relationships and office builds.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT, including 3+ years managing IT engineers, a help desk, or an IT operations team at a high-growth company.
• Built a support function with defined service model, SLAs, staffing, and deflection.
• Working knowledge across the stack the team owns: identity, Apple-first endpoint management, Google Workspace and Slack, office networking and A/V, and zero-trust networking.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IT Engineers — set expectations, give feedback, run 1:1s, and develop people on the IC track.
• Build the IT Help Desk — define service model and desk scope, write job profiles.
• Own operational outcomes — quarterly plan, clear ownership, honest status reporting.
