Qualifications
- 4 years customer-facing experience managing cloud implementations or transformation programs.
- 1 year hands-on experience with modern software development practices, microservices, distributed systems, and APIs.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical activities across multiple work streams focusing on cloud architectural advisory, operational excellence, and compliance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams as a customer advocate for new products, features, and bug fixes benefiting government and education customers.
- Plan for customer events and launches with Support and Product Engineering; guide issues/escalations to resolution.
- Manage stakeholder relationships as trusted technical advisor and lead quarterly reviews.
