Chenega Corporation seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead enterprise IT operations in support of Federal Government and DoD missions. This role focuses on delivering ITSM-driven service management, secure and compliant infrastructure, and cross‑functional leadership across networks, cybersecurity, and support teams.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in IT operations and senior management within Federal DoD contexts, a DoD 8570.01‑M IAM Level II certification, and an active TS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, IS, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years IT Operations with ITSM in Federal DoD environment.
• 10+ years in a senior IT management role supporting Federal Government/DoD.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level II certification.
• Active TS clearance.
• Pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day management and strategic direction of enterprise IT operations and service delivery.
• Oversee ITSM best practices to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Manage operational performance across infrastructure, systems admin, networks, cybersecurity, and customer support.
• Establish operational objectives, priorities, and metrics aligned with customer and organizational goals.
• Direct technical teams maintaining secure, reliable IT environments.
• Monitor service levels, incident response, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and governance processes.
• Coordinate resources across multiple areas to support mission requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements and RMF standards.
• Analyze operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
