Job summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced IT Operations Service Owner Lead for SITEC 3 EOM supporting USSOCOM at Fort Benning, GA. You will lead the site IT and network infrastructure, oversee contractor staff, and coordinate with USSOCOM and government stakeholders to ensure mission-critical service delivery.

The role requires strong management and communication skills, DoD TS/SCI clearance, and a track record of delivering complex IT operations in a dynamic, multi-location environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Five (5) years of experience managing IT professionals.
• Experience with site-specific logistics and technical challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working on global enterprise projects, coordinating with government personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the infrastructure and operations technology team, including mentoring and coaching.
• Support USASOC SOL with reporting issues and day-to-day activities with senior program staff.
• Ensure customer success and relationship management with Component and TSOC leadership and USSOCOM TPOC.
• Attend high-visibility meetings and translate technical matters for Peraton and USSOCOM leaders.
• Provide periodic performance assessments of site support to leadership and government staff; participate in vendor management meetings as required.
• Build stakeholder relationships to ensure cost-effective IT service delivery and understand service needs across teams.
• Devise, establish, and improve site IT processes, policies, and systems to enable strategy implementation.
• Track and support site project leads to resolve major roadblocks as needed.
