Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in IT operations/leadership.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT professionals.
• Experience with site-specific logistics and dynamic environments.
• Experience with global-based, enterprise-wide projects coordinating with government personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure and operations tech team; mentor and coach staff.
• Support USASOC SOL with issue reporting and day-to-day activities.
• Interface with Component/TSOC leadership and USSOCOM TPOC to resolve site issues.
• Attend high-visibility meetings and translate technical matters for Peraton and USSOCOM leaders.
• Provide periodic performance assessments and participate in vendor management meetings.
• Build stakeholder relationships and ensure cost-effective IT service delivery.
• Devise and improve site IT processes, policies, and systems to execute leadership strategies.
• Track and support project leaders in resolving major roadblocks.
