Job summary

Peraton is seeking an IT Operations Service Owner Lead to oversee site IT delivery at Fort Benning, GA. You will lead infrastructure and end-user services, manage contractors, and coordinate with USSOCOM and government POCs on complex SITEC 3 EOM activities.

The role requires DoD TS/SCI clearance, 12+ years in IT, and strong leadership for a fast-paced, multi-location environment. Expect collaboration with senior leaders and a focus on service improvement and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 yrs of experience in IT or related fields.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Five years of experience managing IT professionals.
• Experience with site-specific logistics and technical challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Experience on global-based, enterprise-wide projects with government personnel.
• Experience with IT service delivery using ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure or equal).
• SOF community experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure and operations teams, including training and coaching.
• Coordinate with USSOCOM and government points of contact for issue resolution.
• Interface with senior program staff, Peraton and USSOCOM leaders.
• Provide periodic performance assessments and vendor relationship input.
• Develop site IT processes, policies, and service delivery improvements.
• Manage on-site contractor and subcontractor staff and staffing development.
• Oversee task planning, schedules, and budget alignment.
• Review task plans and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
