Qualifications

• Five years of progressive experience supporting and managing enterprise network infrastructure.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel, resources, and activities to ensure reliable, secure network services.
• Lead planning and implementation of network infrastructure projects and upgrades.
• Ensure availability, performance, capacity, reliability, and security of network services.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and other teams to execute roadmaps and inform investments.
• Develop and improve operational processes and service delivery practices.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to align services with needs.
• Oversee incident response, root-cause analyses, and continuous improvement.
• Manage performance, development, and training of staff; mentor successors.
• Assist with budget development, vendor management, and contract oversight.
