Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale network initiatives including LAN/WAN upgrades, SD-WAN, datacenter migrations, and security deployments.

This 6-month contract role requires bridging engineering and business stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with minimal disruption. The ideal candidate will manage multi-site deployments, drive governance artifacts, and present progress to executives, vendors, and clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 3+ years in complex network infrastructure or datacenter projects.
• Proven track record managing multi-site, global deployments.
• Experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong vendor management including accountability for deliverables and timelines.
• Experience with forecasting, variance analysis, and budget reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end delivery of LAN/WAN upgrades, SD-WAN deployments, and security implementations.
• Create charters, resource plans, WBS, schedules, and risk logs.
• Manage budgets from $500K to $5M+ with variance tracking.
• Lead Change Management with rollback plans and minimal business impact.
• Present project status and financials to executives.
• Engage stakeholders across technical, business, and healthcare leadership.
• Maintain RAID logs, status reports, and resource assignments.
• Deliver weekly status reports and elevate risks early.
• Act as primary point of contact for project communications.
