Q.E.D. Systems Inc. seeks an IT Manager to support U.S. Navy Planning Yard requirements in Virginia Beach. The role includes managing LCS PY hardware/software, credentialing, CMMC coordination, and maintaining HMS, IPDE, and CMC to support ship changes and ISEA activities.

The candidate must have 12+ years of government IT/contract experience, familiarity with Microsoft CAD tools, cybersecurity, help desk, and networks. A BS degree or 10+ years of equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in managing Government programs and Government IT requirements.
• Experience with Microsoft products CAD software systems, systems administration, cybersecurity, IT Help Desk, and networks.
• Bachelor of Science Degree or 10+ years of relevant experience as an alternative

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all LCS Planning Yard IT requirements.
• Oversee hardware and software requirements for LCS PY.
• Coordinate IT credentialing and CMMC oversight; maintain HMS, IPDE and CMC systems.
