California Air Resources Board (CARB) seeks an Information Technology Manager II to lead the System Development and Support Branch (SDSB) within the Office of Information Services. The role directs application development, support, DevOps, and enterprise IT, ensuring alignment of technology with CARB’s mission and strategy.
The incumbent will manage architecture, multi-cloud solutions, and complex IT programs, while driving a customer-focused, data-driven culture and maintaining high system
Qualifications
- Experience leading multidisciplinary IT professionals and stakeholders.
- Experience managing SaaS/COTS/MOTS solutions and cloud services.
- Experience in architecture, development, and operations of IT systems.
- Proven ability to align technology with business strategy and drive data-driven service delivery.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and metrics reporting at an executive level.
Responsabilités
- Lead the SDSB and Applications Development/Support sections.
- Ensure high availability and performance of CARB IT applications and databases.
- Oversee multi-cloud architecture, SaaS, and enterprise IT governance.
- Collaborate with leadership and control agencies to manage stakeholder expectations.
