Job summary

Insight Global is hiring a Senior IT Manager to oversee a team of 15 across end-user support, infrastructure, and security. The role requires extensive technology operations experience and proven leadership, with presence at Sacramento sites or remote locations as needed.

The candidate will drive incident management, SLA adherence, and vendor relationships, while communicating effectively with CIO and business stakeholders to align IT with business goals.
